Mountain Mike`s in Santa Rosa

Came here on super bowl Sunday and it was pretty busy inside, everyone in the back did amazing getting the pizza out on time to everyone, the cashiers Grace and Jose I believe did a really good job keeping the salad bar nice and greeting us when we arrived. Everyone was very friendly from when we walked in the door and until we left considering how busy it was cashiers kept a smile and everyone in the kitchen got our food out on time and very yummy!

It was clean, good pizza, atmosphere of a pizza place. I'd definitely be back.

Great salad bar, large selection of pizzas on menu, clean, roomy.

About $12/person after drink. The lettuce in the salad bar was wilted. When they replaced it with a larger pile of wilted lettuce, that was disappointing. The pizzas never stopped coming and that was nice, but now that it has been an hour, or so. I feel like I have a bag of sand in my stomach. I will never step foot in this place again. I recommend you go somewhere else to eat.

I have never had an issue with Mountain Mikes before but I had the worst experience. I ordered online and then never received my pizza. I called in to see what was prolonging. They stated that I inputted the incorrect address. Then the girl who answered stated that they could only give me what I ordered. I was quite baffled because thats all I wanted. The fact that she insinuated otherwise was mind blowing. Once the driver got here he rudely gave my my pizza and I asked about my soda. He stated he forgot it and that he would be back. I called 30 min after he left to see if he had left to bring me my soda. They stated that the driver was on his way. I think I was very patient and respectful to the people at this establishment. However I am extremely unhappy with the service provided. I hope you guys learn to get shape. Waiting for food that I ordered at 3:38 pm and not enjoying until 7 is completely unacceptable. I will never use this establishment again.

Pizza came before the appetizers and was ok...not the Mountain Mike's I remember. The jalapeño poppers were baked instead of deep fried and so under cooked the middle was barely warm, and the garlic sticks were a cheese pizza with garlic... definitely not worth the $50 we spent.

Best value and best tasting pizza in town, no doubt. I was tired of ordering round table and being shocked to get a bill for $75! Mmp is as good or better quality pizza at a much better price. The facility was clean and staff was friendly.

Amazing pizza they always make my order jus how I leike like it. I ceome here almost every Friday and Graces always gets its right. Donald is verys kind and understanding for any questions anyone has. I always pick up but I had it delivereds one day and driver John was super friendly to me. The foods is amazing and I have nevr had any problems before :)

The gourmet pizzas at an affordable price with the convenience of ordering online makes it an all around great place to dine-in or take out. The salad options are also great.

Super friendly staff and they made something special for my grandpa who always ordered the same thing at the paradise CA location and they didnt charge for his special order they said it was the least they could do for him too notch people the place was super clean plenty of parking easy to find

Always fresh salad bar and the pizza isn't bad at all. Well priced all you can eat pizza and salad.

Good pizza at a reasonable price.

Every time I go In Grace is there and is aware of my order and knows it. She makes sure is always right with the kitchen in the back Which I love and appreciate! :) she was not there this weekend and the other guy messed up my order! They had to remake it and I had to wait double amount of time.

They make the pizza just how I want it. It was pretty damn good.

One of my fav locations for delicious Pizza. the staff was very welcoming and sociable. the bill was reasonable. menu is similar to a restaurant in jacksonville i liked.

Greatest pizza in the world, no cap 💯 Cashiers are supper friendly, drivers are nice and polite👍 and pizza came right on time, oh and the price was fair( way better than some other places) . Will be ordering again soon for sure.

I come here on a weekly basis for their lunch buffet special. Great price and friendly staff. The new manager Ashley goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Highly recommended!

Girl working did not seem like she liked her job. Maybe she was having a bad day who knows. Not a lot of a selection of pizza when the lunch buffet started. On a plus side mountain Mike's pizza taste awesome.

Slow service but good pizza

I love mountain mikes so much! The food is amazing and customer service has always been well. They have amazing pizza makers and amazing cashiers. Although a couple days ago I witnessed another cashier essentially yelling at another. The age gap between them was very noticeable and I don’t think that was appropriate for the older women to be doing in front of everyone, the young girl looked horrified. That being said iv never had any problems with this establishment and I definitely will be returning shortly!

A lot of the pizza places in Bennett valley were closed so they were swamped and I'm sure short staffed due to the kincade fires on 11-27-19. Looked like the owners stepped in . The wait was not bad n de pizza was gooood. Rated E4everyone

We love this location. We have been ordering pizza from Mountain Mike's every Saturday for training. Food is always on time, taste great, and the delivery drivers are very friendly. The store manager Donald, is also very kind. Thank you for the consistency in service! We can't wait to start ordering again once our classes are back up!!

Ordered two large pizzas from Santa Rosa, CA Mountain Mikes... They look more like two mediums. For one Costco Pizza you can get a large pizza and JUST ONE SLICE is as much as two slices from MM's "LARGE PIZZA". Thanks. Will not order from here again.
